The Prague Retreat
June 2027 — Applications Now Open
Once a year. Twelve people. Three days.
Prague.
There are moments in a life when everything you have built stops feeling like enough.
Not ungratitude. Not weakness.
A knowing.
That the path you have been walking — however successful, however disciplined, however carefully constructed — isn't quite the one you were meant to walk.
You have achieved what you set out to achieve. And something still feels unresolved.
This retreat is for that moment.
What This Is
Three days in Prague with Andrew and Lucie Sillitoe.
Not a workshop. Not a programme. Not a series of sessions with takeaways and action plans.
A genuine experience of surrender.
Andrew and Lucie don't teach the philosophy of letting go from a distance. They live it. Their marriage, their family, their move to Prague, their losses and their unexpected arrivals — all of it is evidence of the same truth.
When you stop insisting on your own version of how life should go, something more intelligent takes over.
They have built their life around that truth.
For three days in June, they invite twelve people to experience it.
Andrew and Lucie
Andrew Sillitoe is a performance coach and author who has spent two decades working with CEOs, athletes, and leaders at the highest level. He is a World Champion, a philosopher, and a man who has learned — through loss, failure, and unexpected grace — that the greatest performances of his life arrived when he finally stopped trying to control them.
Lucie Sillitoe brings something rarer than a methodology. As a pregnancy coach she has spent years working with women at the moment of greatest surrender — the point where the body takes over and control becomes not just impossible but beside the point. She knows what full trust in a process beyond your control actually feels like. Not as a concept. In her bones.
Together they bring something no single facilitator can offer — a lived marriage, a shared philosophy, and the quiet credibility of two people who have actually done the thing they are asking you to do.
Three Days
Day One — What Are You Holding?
You arrive at Villa Rezidence Lundborg, a private residence overlooking the Vltava River in the heart of Prague, and the city begins its work before the retreat does.
The first evening is unhurried. Dinner together. Conversation. The beginning of trust.
The following morning Andrew takes the group to walk the Vltava. No agenda. No framework. Just the river and the question that runs beneath everything.
What are you holding that is costing you the most?
By the end of Day One, you will know. With a clarity that may surprise you.
Day Two — The Four Movements
The heart of the retreat.
Andrew works the group through the method at the centre of his book Surrender.
Not as a framework to learn. As a truth to recognise.
Trust the plan. A higher power wants you to succeed. You are not alone. This is happening through you, not by you.
Make peace with the outcome. You might succeed. You might fail. Either way you will be okay. Nothing is wasted.
Loosen the grip. The outcome is not entirely on your shoulders. The fear releases. Clarity arrives. You are free.
Execute with freedom. Trust your preparation. Trust the plan. Let it move through you. Just play.
Lucie joins the afternoon. She brings the dimension that no performance coach can — the embodied experience of complete surrender. Of trusting a process entirely beyond your control. Of letting go not as a philosophy but as a physical, lived reality.
What emerges from Day Two is different for everyone.
But nobody leaves unchanged.
Day Three — The Path Forward
The final morning is quiet.
A last walk by the river. A conversation about direction. Not a plan — a felt sense of what becomes possible when you stop fighting your own life.
You leave not with a programme to follow but with something more valuable.
The knowledge of what you were holding.
And the experience of what it feels like to put it down.
Who This Is For
This retreat is for twelve people.
It is likely you are already successful by any external measure. But something is unresolved. A crossroads. A transition. A quiet but persistent sense that the next chapter needs to look different from the last.
You come with an open mind. Not certainty — openness. A willingness to consider that the answer might be simpler, and deeper, than anything you have tried before.
Most people who attend are already in Andrew or Lucie's world — clients, readers, people who have been quietly waiting for something like this to exist.
If you are reading this, you are probably already in the right place.
The Investment
$2,995 per person.
This includes all sessions, daily river walks, morning and evening meals, and curated recommendations for Prague.
Accommodation is not included. We recommend staying within walking distance of the Vltava. Suggestions provided on application.
Places are strictly limited to twelve.
How To Apply
This retreat is not booked. It is applied for.
Not because we want to be exclusive. Because the work requires the right room.
We are looking for people who are genuinely ready. Not doubtful. Not needing to be convinced. Open.
If that is you, the first step is a short conversation with Andrew to find out whether June is the right moment.
The suffering is always in direct proportion to the tightness of the grip.
Three days to loosen it.
Prague. June 2027.
How does that feel?
